Storm Sewer System Analysis
The City of Ames is inviting firms to submit proposals for the Storm Sewer System Analysis. Firms submitting
proposals for this project should expect a response within three weeks of the submission deadline.
Location: Six study areas, as shown on the attached map, have been identified:
1- Southeast
2- Central
3- Ames High School
4- North River Valley
5-Somerset Village
6-Campustown
Submission Instructions: The preferred method is to submit proposals by email to mindy.bryngelson@cityofames.org in the format
required, prior to the time and date proposals are due. If technical issues occur while submitting the proposal,
contact Mindy Bryngelson to determine an alternate method to receive the proposal.
Due Date: PROPOSALS and FEES will be accepted by the City of Ames via email until 5:00 PM Local Time on
December 1, 2025. Please send proposals to mindy.bryngelson@cityofames.org with an email subject
“STORM SEWER SYSTEM ANALYSIS”. It will be the sole responsibility of the firm to have their responses
submitted before the closing time and date.
The City of Ames does hereby reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to
make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City
