2026/27 Collector Street Pavement Improvements (State Avenue)

The City of Ames is inviting firms to submit proposals for the 2026-27 Collector Street Pavement Improvements: State Avenue Improvements. Firms submitting proposals for this project should expect a response within three weeks of the submission deadline. Pavement core samples and as-built drawings will also be available. The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting a topographic survey of the project limits.

Please submit a PDF of the requested Proposals and seperate PDF of estimated design contract costs by email to: dean.sayre@cityofames.org

Subject of the email shall include “2026-27 Collector Street Pavement Improvements: State Avenue Improvements”.

2026/27 CyRide Route Pavement Improvements (Lincoln Way Reconstruction)

The City of Ames is inviting firms to submit proposals for the 2026/27 CyRide Route Pavement Improvements (Lincoln Way Reconstruction). Firms submitting proposals for this project should expect a response within four weeks of the submission deadline.
Sanitary and storm sewers will be televised, and a link to video footage will be provided to the selected design team for review. Pavement core samples and as-built drawings will also be available. The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting a topographic survey of the project limits.
