 Examples of common recyclable paper:

  • Newspapers
  • Magazines
  • Junk mail
  • Office paper
  • Greeting cards
  • Chipboard boxes such as cereal or cracker boxes
  • Shredded paper in paper bags or boxes
  • Paperback books

Not accepted:

  • Used paper towels
  • Used bathroom and facial tissues
  • Used napkins
  • Disposable coffee cups or soft drink cups
  • Take-out food containers

These items cannot be recycled and should be placed in the garbage.
