Weight/Cardio Room

The weight room is equipped with Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment and free weights. The cardio room is equipped with Life Fitness Treadmills, Precor Ellipticals, Step Mill, NuStep, Upright & Recumbent Bikes and a Rowing Machine. Pricing is by visit so you don't pay for days you don't use the facility!

Weight Room Orientation

All participants must complete an orientation prior to using the weight and cardio equipment. Please call 515-239-5353 to schedule. (Children must have completed 6th grade to use our weight room. 7th & 8th graders must be accompanied by a guardian)

Junior High & High School Weight Room Orientations

For those kids who need a strength training program but are not sure where to start a personal trainer will set up a program and make sure they know how to safely use the equipment.

Fee: $31

Fitness Assessments

Learn more about your current fitness status before you embark on a physical activity program. Conducted by a certified personal trainer, the fitness assessment includes body composition cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance and posture.
