Memorial Day Event 2026

A Memorial Day parade is planned at 10:15 a.m., followed at 11 a.m. by a presentation at the Ames Municipal Cemetery. In case of rain, the parade will be canceled, and the program will move indoors to the Ames City Auditorium, 520 Sixth St. The event includes a keynote speaker and performances by the Ames Municipal Band.
