Anita Rollins is one of the City's At-Large representatives. She was first elected as the 3rd Ward representative on Nov. 3, 2021, and was sworn in on Jan. 3, 2022. She elected to represent the City At-Large on Nov. 7, 2023, and sworn in on Dec. 19, 2023.
