Bulk Water

The City of Ames provides bulk water for public use; the station is coin- and dollar-operated. There is a $1.00 minimum. It accepts quarters and $1, $5, $10, and $20 dollar bills. No change is given. If you purchase more than you need, use the stop button to halt the flow of water when your container is full.
It is dispensed through a 2" female camlock, with a funnel above to ensure no cross connection. While the water is treated, it is not considered potable water.
Do not allow the hose to extend into the product in your tank. Please keep it clean for the next customer.
