The Resource Recovery Plant is located at 110 Chantland Ave., just north of East Lincoln Way. Entry to the facility for the purpose of dropping off items is on the north side of the building from East Second Street. Vehicles should access the facility from the marked driveway, proceed slowly, and wait for staff assistance.
