Phase 3 of Intelligent Transportation System

Installation of traffic adaptive systems that utilize technology to conduct real time optimization of traffic and pedestrian flow at signalized intersections. Traffic adaptive systems provide a significant improvement in efficiency and will provide reliable travel times during all times of the day. The 2045 Long Range Transportation Plan shows the completion of the program with the 6th and final phase. 

Phase 3 is noted on the project map including a Duff Corridor and side streets.
