If you contact the City with a concern about the accessibility of a City program, expect that first you'll be asked some questions so we can understand the situation. Please know that the City is committed to providing programs and services in a manner that is compliant with the law and as effective as possible for all of its residents. We may need to consult with the staff members who administer the program to understand what options are available. Our staff members are caring and approachable, so feel free to ask for the person in charge of a facility or program if you have a concern about accessibility; they may be able to resolve the concern quickly for you. Otherwise, you may also contact the City-wide ADA Coordinator at the contact information indicated above. Solutions to accessibility issues may involve providing services in an alternative, accessible location, making modifications to forms or facilities, or providing auxiliary aids. We will do our best to resolve your concerns in a timely manner.
