City Connect - Geoff Huff and Ron Edwards

Join us for City Connect

Mark the third Thursday of each month on your calendar and join Ames City Council members and City of Ames staff at 10 a.m. for a cup of coffee at Sixty Forward! On the third Thursday, City staff or elected officials will discuss new programs, on-going projects, and upcoming changes. This is your opportunity to stop by the front table, say hello, ask questions, make suggestions, and learn more about your community.

City Connects feature City of Ames staff members. Council Connects feature members of the Ames City Council. Both events are guaranteed to provide coffee and conversation!

On Thursday, Jan. 15, Ames Chief of Police Geoff Huff, along with Ames Animal Shelter Supervisor Ron Edwards, will be available from 10 to 11 a.m. to discuss police-related initiatives including the new Ames Animal Shelter building planned on Dayton Avenue.
