AQUA BOOTCAMP AT MUNICIPAL POOL(SUMMER AT FURMAN): Splash your way to an intense full body workout that emphasizes agility, strength and speed. Prepare for powerful movements that will tone your muscles and increase your cardio!
AQUA DEEP WATER FITNESS AT MUNICIPAL POOL (SUMMER AT FURMAN): Deep water fitness class is an excellent addition to any cross training regime. This high energy cardio workout in deep water uses a variety of deep water exercises to enhance cardiovascular fitness while strengthening and toning muscles. Aqua fitness levels belts are provided.
AQUA GENTLE WORKOUT AT GREEN HILLS: This class is for those with arthritis or those who need a more gentle form of exercise. Class focuses on individuals with injuries and arthritic conditions and works to improve flexibility, strength and overall health.
AQUA POWER AT GREEN HILLS: Splash into fitness with a fun and effective workout! This overall conditioning program emphasizes cardiovascular fitness as well as muscle conditioning and stretching.
AQUA WORKOUT AT GREEN HILLS: This safe moderate workout is designed to improve fitness and range of motion! An excellent way to stay fit!
AQUA WARM WATER AT ISU: Warm Water Workout will provide you with a safe, moderate workout in the warm water. This class is designed to improve fitness and range of motion. This is an excellent way to stay fit and keep the aches and pains away.
CARDIO PUMP: The perfect union of cardio, muscle & music. This fun class features half cardio and half power pump using body bars, medicine balls and resistance tubes.
CORE BLAST: Blast your core in this 30 minute express class! This class includes total powerful techniques that will strengthen your entire core. Come ready to work
CYCLE INTERVAL: This indoor cycling class consists of amazing cardio challenges, varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat roads, and more! Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals. This class is great for all levels.
HI/LO SCULPT: Start your weekend right with our Hi/Lo Body Sculpt class! This class features both high & low aerobics
using high energy music followed by body sculpting using weights & bands to provide the ultimate cardio/strength combo!
HIIT CARDIO & CORE: This is the ultimate high intensity interval class! This challenging cardio class alternates high intensity training with recovery. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) includes strength, endurance, plyometric and core exercises interspersed with intense interval training.
K360FIT: Mix up your workouts with K360Fit - Insanity, P90X and MMA. Each class will be a different format combining
HIIT, strength & agility training plus a focus on core training which will challenge you in different ways and prevent plateaus.
You will get results! Modifications are shown so all levels of fitness are welcome. It’s your workout!
PILATES: Our Pilates class will strengthen the deep back and abdominal muscles and create muscular balance. The class will focus on core strength, alignment, breath and balance.
PILATES BARRE: No ballet experience required here! This intense fusion of Pilates, sculpting and ballet-based
exercises will change the way your body looks – longer, leaner and stronger!
PRENATAL AQUA AT GREEN HILLS: Exercising in the water is refreshing and rejuvenating! With water supporting your growing uterus, you will experience improved circulation and a feeling of weightlessness. Buoyancy also allows you to exercise on your back without restricting oxygen flow to you and your baby. Each class includes cardio, strength training and flexibility. Class participants enjoy meeting other moms to be!
ROLL & RESTORE: Come repair, recover and reward yourself with the magic of the Foam Roller in this 45 minutes stretch, and foam roll fusion class. Learn self-myofascial release techniques through the use of the foam roller that will help improve your flexibility, performance and reduce injuries. All ages and fitness levels are welcome-this is a class for everybody.
SILVERSNEAKERS® FITNESS PROGRAM: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and balls are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. This format is geared towards seniors and people who have mobility issues; however all are welcome to participate.
SIMPLY STRENGTH: Our newest strength training class will help you increase strength and endurance using a variety of our group fitness equipment. Add this class to your schedule to help you build a lean, strong physique with a workout that is never boring!
D2G SOCAFIT: SocaFit is a Caribbean-inspired cardio dance workout that explores the dance and music style called Soca. This session infuses upbeat Soca music with fun dancehall moves to give you a full body cardio workout.
SPIFLIFT: Increase bone mass, improve muscular strength and enhance joint health with strength training! This class features a circuit strength-training program using Cybex weight equipment, resistance bands and dumbbells.
SPIF FUSION: Your favorite Spif classes with the added bonus of strength, cardio and yoga all fused together to make an incredible Spif style workout.
SPIF STRENGTH AND STRETCH: Spif Strength & Stretch is a strength training class using resistance equipment such as dumbbells, xertubes, resistaballs and body bars followed by flexibility work to give you a complete workout!
STEP & SCULPT: Step and sculpt is a high energy basic step class complete with cardio intervals the first 35 minutes followed
by 25 minutes of strength training to provide a complete total body workout!
STEP INTERVAL: This high energy combo class integrates fun step combinations with intervals of power moves and strength training. An awesome workout with fun music and
TAI CHI: An introduction to the ancient Chinese martial art of Tai Chi. The course includes stretching and Qigong exercises and learning the standard 24-posture form. Emphasis is on relaxation, alertness, balance and mind-body harmony. Beginner and Intermediate levels available. This class is suitable for all ages.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: Combine full-body resistance training with continuous cardio training and you get Total Body Conditioning! This athletic workout uses a variety of equipment and is an easy to follow yet very intense workout!
TRAMP & TRX: Encounter integrated training using the JumpSport Fitness Trampoline and the TRX Suspension Trainer in progressions that are challenging, yet right for your current level of condition. This small group, personalized program offers the opportunity to increase strength, endurance and stamina, while incinerating calories in a format that demands core stability and tough, durable athletes. Come prepared to train and work hard
TRAMP FUSION: This fun workout featuring the JumpSport Trampoline is a cardio workout intermixed with strength and core intervals using a variety of equipment including the TRX, battle ropes, weights and tubes. A total body workout!
TRX: Join us for an incredible small group training experience. TRX is a complete body weight training system. Because the body is suspended or placed at an angle with resistance, almost all movements include core training. The movements require you to stay balanced and aligned so you hit muscles you could never target before.
TRX Fusion: This fusion class combines intervals of bodyweight suspension exercises using the TRX system with various cardio and stability toys such as the Bosu Balance trainers, Gliders and Battle Ropes. Get your game on and come join our TRX Fusion class!
YOGA: Students of all levels are encouraged to attend. This class is designed to develop body awareness, learn basic postures and alignment and become familiar with yogic breathing techniques in a relaxing atmosphere.
YOGA BASICS: Welcome to Yoga! This workshop is designed to familiarize beginners with basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques.
YOGA GENTLE: Gentle Yoga invites you to increase your flexibility, strength and well being by exploring gentle movements that open and release the body. This is an ideal class for those with chronic pain or stress, those returning from illness or injury or anyone who would like a gentle approach.
STRONG by Zumba: Are you looking for a more challenging, high intensity interval training workout? Strong by Zumba
combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that
has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the
music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
ZUMBA: Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba is a Latin based group fitness class that combines amazing, irresistible and international music with dynamic, yet simple exercise moves!
ZUMBA GOLD: This new Zumba class is designed for the active, older adult or beginners to Zumba. Same great fun, exciting music but easier to follow and taught at a lower intensity. This class will feature some core work and stretching at the end.
ZUMBA TONING: Zumba Toning targets body sculpting exercises using weighted toning sticks with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a strength training dance fitness party!
