As part of the 2018–2019 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs, the City of Ames will be implementing a Transportation Assistance Program as part of the Renter Affordability Program. The program is designed to assist eligible low-income households with their transportation needs with CyRide passes, OR HIRTA Bucks.

Please note that the effective immediately the FUEL VOUCHER ASSISTANCE IS

Applications are also available at the Planning & Housing Department 515 Clark Avenue, Room 214, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
