CALL TO ORDER:  6:00 p.m.                                            
  1. Approval of Minutes of the meeting of January 8, 2020.

     

  2. Set new date of ZBA Meeting originally scheduled for Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2020.

     

  3. Amendment to an existing Special Use Permit to remove the upper portion of the stealth tower and replace with larger stealth diameter canisters including new antenna and equipment on the existing US Cellular tower located at 106 South Dakota Avenue.

     

  4. A Special Use Permit for Guest Lodging to allow a Vacation Lodging use for Unit C within the apartment building located at 326 S Walnut Avenue, in the “S-SMD” South Lincoln Mixed Use District Zoning District.

     

  5. A Special Use Permit for Guest Lodging to allow a Vacation Lodging use, for the property located at 504 Stanton Avenue within the “RL” Residential Low Density Zoning District.

     

  6. A Special Use Permit for Guest Lodging to allow a Vacation Lodging use for the property located at 311 S. Walnut Avenue, in the “S-SMD” South Lincoln Mixed Use District.

     

  7. A Special Use Permit for Guest Lodging to allow a Vacation Lodging use for the property located at 809 Northwestern Avenue in the “UCRM” Urban Core Residential Medium Density Zoning District.

     

  8. Tabled from January 8, 2020: A Special Use Permit to Allow a Communications Tower at 1420 Lincoln Way in the “UCRM” (Urban Core Residential Medium Density) Zone. (ITEM WITHDRAWN)
