• Sweeping streets on a regular basis to remove dirt and debris
• Using ice control measures and plowing snow
• Maintaining the bike path system
• Maintaining the storm sewer system
• Diverting above-ground water runoff into storm sewers

• Cutting grass, planting, and trimming trees in the City's right-of-ways
• Operating and maintaining the municipal cemeteries

• Providing sanitary sewer maintenance on a regular basis by flushing the lines to prevent blockages
• Locating sewer and water lines prior to excavations
