Wellness Offering

Monthly Facility Calendars, Current Class Schedule and  Current Drop-in/Make-up Schedule 

Fitness Classes Over 50 weekly fitness classes feature cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength for all ages and fitness levels.
Aqua Aerobics We offer aqua classes at three locations.  Green Hills, ISU Campus and Municipal Pool.  We also offer summer outdoor classes at Furman Aquatic Center. 
Fitness for 50+ Spif classes feature low impact aerobics, resistance exercise and flexibility for people over 50 or individuals looking for a less intense workout
Silver Sneakers® This class is designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills.
Mind-Body Classes Pilates, Power Pilates, Pi-Yo, Pilates Barre, Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Tai Chi and Tae Kwon Do
Adult Dance Classes    Line Dance and Belly Dance Classes

Specialty Wellness Classes

TRX Training, Extreme Outdoor Bootcamp, Stroller Power, HIIT  and Insanity Group Class
Fully Equipped Cardio and Weight Room Personal Trainers, Senior Weight Lifting Classes and Conditioning Classes for Teens are available.
Summer  Aqua Classes We offer Aqua Classes at Furman Aquatic Center and Municipal Pool.
