Wolford Development

Lifestyle Center Documents

The following documents were among those submitted by Wolford Development for the Lifestyle Center portion of the proposed Regional Commercial Development on East 13th Street at Interstate 35. City of Ames staff is now reviewing all of the documents required for a Major site Development Plan for this portion of the project, as well as the Preliminary Plat for all of the property in the project north of East 13th Street.

During this review process, the applicant has the opportunity to revise the submittal in response to staff comments, perhaps several times.

After this staff review and revision process is complete, the documents will be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission for public comment and Commission review. The documents that the Commission will review will be placed on the City web site in advance of that public meeting.

The Planning and Zoning Commission makes a recommendation to the City Council on the preliminary Plat and the Major Site Development   Plan. The City Council has final approval/disapproval authority on this project.

All of the submitted documents can be viewed at the Department of Planning and Housing, second floor, Ames City Hall at 515 Clark.

All the documents are in PDF form.  Due to their size, the documents have been broken into several smaller files:
