
E-notification – A convenient, GREEN way to receive your utility bill
With E-notification, you will receive a monthly billing summary via email rather than a paper bill through the mail. Detailed billing and usage information is available online through My Account.
How it Works:
Complete and submit the application form. You may request an E-notification to be sent to one or two email addresses.
After your application has been processed, an email will be sent to you confirming E-notification has been established on your account.
You will receive a paper bill and an E-notification for the next 2 months. This is to make sure you are receiving your E-notifications before we stop mailing you a paper bill.
After 2 months, you will no longer receive a paper bill.
Two other services complement the E-notification service. The first is My Account which provides you with online access to your detailed utility account information. The second is AutoPay which allows you to have your utility bill paid automatically from your bank account on the due date of your bill.
