MASTER ACCOUNT:

Customers with multiple accounts can associate their individual accounts with a master account.  A master account allows customers to access all of their individual accounts using a single account ID and PIN.  A master account is used for gaining access to associated individual accounts; it does not combine the individual accounts into a single utility account.

Instructions for Creating a Master Account

What you will need to register for My Account:

  1. Your utility account number and your most recent utility bill.
  2. From your most recent utility bill you will need to know the:
  • Billing Date
  • Due Date
  • Total Amount Due
  • This information is available on both the main portion of your bill and the return portion (bottom third) of your bill.  Look under the heading, "Account Information" for your account number, billing date, and due date.  Look under either the "Account Balance" or "Amount Due" headings for the total amount due.  An explanation of a typical utility bill can be viewed at Understanding Your Utility Bill.
