FIRST - Ask permission to select and spend time with the animal of your choice. Lists of dogs and cats ready for adoption are available on this site. The Animal Shelter is at 325 Billy Sunday Road - stop by or call (515)-239-5530 to make an appointment to visit the animal you wish to adopt. SECOND - After you have chosen the animal you wish to adopt, fill out the adoption papers. This takes approximately 10 minutes, and the animal can go home with you the next day. It takes time to review the application, prepare the animal, rebates, and paperwork. |
