Welcome to the City of Ames Purchasing Division website. Purchasing is a division of the Finance Department. In addition to “purchasing,” the purchasing division includes a central office supply store, messenger & mail services, and printing services.
All City purchases are made in accordance with City of Ames purchasing policies and procedures approved by the Ames City Council.
