| Mike Adair, Procurement Specialist II: | |
| Mike joined the City in 1986. Mike has been a Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) since 1997. Mike is responsible for large bid projects for all City departments except Electric Services and Public Works infrastructure. | |
| Linda Adams, Mail Clerk: | |
| Linda joined the City in 2004. She had previous experience in mail and messenger services at the IDOT and at Iowa State University. Linda is responsible for all incoming and outgoing US Mail, pickup and delivery of all inter-departmental communications, and incoming and outgoing parcels for most departments. Linda also serves as backup for the Printing Services Technician. | |
| Wanda Allen-Linn, Principal Clerk: | |
| Wanda served as a temporary employee in Electric Services Department, Finance Customer Services Division, and Purchasing before joining us full time in 1981. Wanda provides administrative support for all Purchasing team members and is responsible for the purchase of office supplies, the central office supply store, and CyRide fuel bids. Wanda also serves as backup for the Mail Clerk. | |

Edie Schmidt, Procurement Specialist I: |

| Edie joined the City in 2000 as Records & Materials Assistant for Electric Services. Edie had previous experience in accounting and in materials management in the private sector. Edie was promoted to Procurement Specialist I in 2007. | |
| Michael Sibert, Procurement Specialist II: | |
| Michael joined the City in 2002. Michael had previous purchasing experience in the private sector. He has been a Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) since 2004. Michael is responsible for large projects for all Electric Services divisions. | |
| Luana Stoneking, Purchasing Agent: | |
| Luana joined the City in 1975. She worked in Customer Service and Accounting divisions of the Finance Department before joining Purchasing in 1978. Luana has been a Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) since 1989. Luana is the division supervisor. | |
| Rich Thrailkill, Printing Services Technician: | |

Rich has extensive experience in the private sector. He joined the City as a CyRide driver in 2002 and was promoted to Mail Clerk later that year. He was promoted to Printing Services Technician in 2004. Rich provides high-speed copy, color printing, offset printing services, and assembly/ binding services for all City departments and City-funded agencies. The Print Shop also provides convenience copier services in City Hall. |
