Tennis

Dodgeball Tournament
Ames Parks and Recreation is hosting two Dodgeball Tournaments.  Teams can consist of all men or coed, must be 18 and over.  Each team in guaranteed 4 officiated matches.  Pool play matches will consist of 3 games with a limit of 3 minutes per game.  Single elimination matches will be played best 3 out of 5, and still limited to 3 minutes per game.  The winning team will receive championship t-shirts!  Fees are $60.00 per team.

Tournament will be held  April 5, 2008.

Kickball
League is held at the Ames Middle School on Monday evenings starting November 26, 2007 and ending December 17, 2007.

League fee is $100.00 per team with teams playing 5 games each.
 

Women's 6 on 6 Basketball
Do you long for the days of two dribbles and a shot?  We have just the thing for you.  Ames Parks and Recreation will be holding an informational meeting on starting a Women's 6 on 6 Basketball League.
