Building Board of Appeals
Membership: The Building Board of Appeals is comprised of five members: one architect, one consulting engineer, one general contractor, one home builder and one member of the construction business trade.
Purpose: The Board is appointed to hear appeals of the decisions rendered by the Building Official. The Board also acts as the Housing Board of Appeals and the Fire Code Appeals Board.
