Rental Housing Advisory Committee Report

New Residential Smoke Detector Installation Requirements: Effective April 1, 2010, the State Fire Marshal will be requiring new residential construction to be equipped with dual-sensor detectors.

Residential Building Permit Application Requirements for Submittal are required to accompany building permit applications.
