2008 Review Schedule
The Planning and Housing Department is committed to processing land use applications as timely as possible. Currently, we are experiencing a temporary reduction in planning staff. During the processing of hiring new staff, the City will continue to review applications as timely as possible, making every effort to provide quality customer service. Your proposed project may therefore be reviewed as early as two weeks upon submittal of a complete application, but may take longer depending upon the complexity of the project and current workloads. As staffing levels increase, we will again provide you with the same type of review schedule we have posted in the past. In the meantime, your patience is greatly appreciated.
The Planning & Zoning Commission meets on the first and third Wednesdays of every month at 7:00 p.m.
