As of July 14, 2008, we will no longer be making available Microsoft Word versions of applications.  Because of various computer platforms and text/font formats, Adobe PDF will be the only digital format available on the web. This will ensure accuracy and consistency for both the applicant and the City.  You may also pick up a hard copy of the application in our office.
