To view and print the application packets you will need Adobe
Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can
download it here
for free.
Where there is a Word link in the 2nd column, that application packet is available in an electronic Word format that will allow you to fill out the application on your computer using Microsoft Word. When you have filled in all applicable fields, click on the File pull-down menu, then click on Save As and save the file on your computer. You may also print your document at the File pull-down menu.
If mailing the application, please send it to: City of Ames, Department of Planning & Housing, P.O. Box 811, Ames, IA 50010-0811. Please remember that original signatures are required and that electronic and faxed submissions are not complete and will be returned.
